Privacy Policy

Trophy Hackers Studio is a desktop tool that turns recordings of the video game Cricket 24 into highlight videos and Shorts and publishes them to its user's own YouTube channel. It runs entirely on the user's own computer. This policy explains what information it accesses, how it is used, stored and shared, and how to remove it.
YouTube API Services
Trophy Hackers Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, manage playlists and read video statistics. By using Trophy Hackers Studio you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What information Trophy Hackers Studio accesses
Only after you connect your YouTube account and approve the requested permissions, Trophy Hackers Studio accesses:
- Your channel's name, to show which channel is connected.
- Videos you choose to publish: it uploads them, sets their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and scheduled publish times, and adds them to playlists you create in the app.
- Playlists it creates for your campaigns.
- Statistics for the videos it uploaded: views, likes, comments and privacy status (YouTube Data API), and average view duration, average percentage viewed and minutes watched (YouTube Analytics API).
- Your channel's views by country (YouTube Analytics API), used only to choose publish times that suit your audience's time zones.
Trophy Hackers Studio does not access your email, contacts, subscriptions, watch history, comments' contents, or any other channel's data.
How the information is used
- To upload and schedule the videos you add to the upload queue, and put them in your campaign playlists.
- To show you each upload's status and its YouTube statistics, and totals for each campaign.
- To choose publish times: by comparing how your own uploads did in their first days, and where your viewers are. This happens on your computer.
Every video is published only because you added it to the queue; you can review and edit its title, description and tags, reorder or remove it, and pause the queue at any time before it is uploaded.
Where it is stored
Everything is stored only on your own computer, in the app's folder: the sign-in token issued by Google, your campaigns and upload records, and the statistics listed above. There is no Trophy Hackers Studio server; the developer has no access to your data.
YouTube statistics are refreshed from YouTube every 6 hours while the app is running. If the app cannot re-confirm its access to your account for 30 days, the stored YouTube data is deleted.
Sharing
Trophy Hackers Studio does not sell or share your information. It sends data only to:
- Google / YouTube, through YouTube API Services, to perform the actions above.
- Anthropic (only if you add an Anthropic API key in Settings): facts read from your own game recording (teams, score, which player hit which boundary), still frames from your own recording, and titles you wrote or approved earlier, so that Anthropic's Claude model can suggest titles, descriptions and a thumbnail. No data obtained from YouTube API Services is sent to Anthropic. Anthropic's handling is covered by its own privacy policy. Without a key, a model running on your own computer is used instead.
Trophy Hackers Studio shows no advertising and has no third-party advertising or analytics code.
Cookies and device storage
Trophy Hackers Studio does not use cookies or tracking technologies. It stores the files described under "Where it is stored" on your computer, and does not collect information from your device for any other purpose.
Removing access and deleting your data
- In the app: Settings → YouTube → Disconnect revokes Trophy Hackers Studio's access at Google and immediately deletes all YouTube data it stored. Settings → Delete my YouTube data deletes it without disconnecting.
- From your Google account: you can revoke Trophy Hackers Studio's access at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. The next time the app runs it detects this and deletes the YouTube data it stored.
- Deleting the app's folder deletes everything it stored.
Children
Trophy Hackers Studio is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
