1. YouTube Terms of Service
Trophy Hackers Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Trophy Hackers Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube through Trophy Hackers Studio is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
2. What Trophy Hackers Studio does
Trophy Hackers Studio is a desktop tool that creates highlight videos, Shorts, thumbnails and suggested text from your own recordings of the video game Cricket 24, and publishes the ones you choose to your own YouTube channel, on a schedule you control.
3. Your content and your control
- You are responsible for the videos you publish and for having the rights to them, including any music you add, and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies.
- Nothing is uploaded unless you add it to the upload queue. Before it is uploaded you can review and edit its title, description, tags and thumbnail, change its time, remove it, or pause the queue. Trophy Hackers Studio publishes your text as you approved it and does not alter it.
- Suggested titles, descriptions and thumbnails are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; review them before publishing.
4. Your data
How Trophy Hackers Studio accesses, uses, stores and deletes information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke its access to your YouTube account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
5. No warranty
Trophy Hackers Studio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed, delayed or incorrect uploads, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
